Create or update contact

Create a new contact or update an existing contact's information for a given store. Request body should include either email or sms_phone_number (E.164) and may include firstName, lastName, tags, marketingAllowed, smsMarketingAllowed, doubleOptin, and a properties object with address, city, country, etc. Inputs and example payloads are shown in Remarkety's API documentation.
